Dear for ur stitches marks i need to see u. See how deeo ur scar is. There are multiple treatments for tht.... Like PRF and laser. Plastic surgeons also work on such scars. May be after seeing u we can decide what to do.

Yes u can use glutamax soap. But may be u shld think abt changing ur tooth paste too. Besided the best wud be visiting a dermatologist near u and take advice before it gets worse.
