Salam , My son is having strange pimples all over his body , he’s active otherwise with no apparent symptoms. He’s having these pimples since three days . What could be the reason . Thanks in advance

It is Pityriasis Rosea . Apply Betamethasone ointment. Twice a day if there is itching. It will settle on its own

It doesnt look like a pimple as you explaining........... there are plaques with scaling and need to be properly evaluated. you should consult soon so that we can take best possible care of it as in my opinion more such crops will come and just betamethasone
wont help in itching.
