Talk to Dermatologist on Strange Wounds/Pimples On Private Parts And Surrounding Area

I have strange wounds or pimples on my penis head and surrounding area. Sometimes it got dried but after few hours it again turns like in pictures and when clothes touch them, it causes irritation and discomfort. I am facing this issue for last 2 weeks and I use KenaComb cream which give some relief. Kindly guide me what is the issue and how to fix this.
