Talk to Dermatologist on Sudden Hairfall

My hair are sunddenly falling not only my head hairs but from legs and chest too like never before now i can see visible difference on my chest hair i was infected with hepatitis E virus i have been taking medications and rest since last two months and bow my LFTs tests are close to normal range i'm so worried for my hair they are falling like never before kindly suggest me what should i do
