Talk to Dermatologist on Sudden Moles

I am married having pcos taking treatment for that and ttc but suddenly I have noticed very tiny dot like moles appears on my stomach,back and shoulders no itching nothing some are cluster shape like 3 to 4 on same area what it could be ? I have book appointment with dermatologist though marham but not satisfied as she said it may be insulin resistance prescribed solution they burnt and gone but what about other tinny dot like moles ?
