Dear Sir/Madam! main aik cricketer hu jo aik local club m khelta hun, aur mere sath ye problem h k mera natural skin color fair h aur sunrays ki wja se boht dark hogya h infact mere hands/arm main easily dekh skte hain k 2 colors h aur main bht remedies try kr chuka hu lkn abi tk koi result nhi mila. aur mera face totally sunburned hogya h plz ap koi suggestion bta den k how to recover from sunburned face and hands.

You need to use sunblock regularly and sufficiently to protect your self from sun . There is no other remedy. Full sleeves shirt and hat is must.
