Salaam Doc! My Face Is Clear of any acne Alhamdullilah but since I started working out at the gym I had a huge weight loss & now my eyes are sunken-in (deeper in appearance) & blackish in tone & also sometimes I can see blue veins around skin beneath my eyes. Please Suggest me something as I'm only 16 & these signs are not of Aging, Its something else. My skin is sagging please suggest me smth. thanks in advance â¤ï¸ðŸ™ðŸ»

You shouldn't have lost weight quickly. These are the adverse effects. Slightly gain some weight and then try loosing it slowly and gradually.
