The best person to guide you is the surgeon who operated upon you. However I don't see any swelling on your legs. Although picture quality is not good but I suspect that you have Keloids.

there is loss of pigment and also areas of hyperpigmentation. just use mild moisturizer cream like Nedphil for massage once a day and tab thiocell 500mg once a day
