i have pastule acne problem treated many times but not effect. do also a fraxel laser but there is scars in my skin along with acne unwven skin tine also
Do you still have pustules and cysts ??acne required proper long term and continuous management according to its presentation. Avoid self medication avoid Totkas. Follow up with your dermatologist as per advice. Complete history examination and few lab tests are required for evaluation of acne. It’s a complex disorder sometimes associated with hormonal imbalance, that required medical treatment. For skin cleansing use acne wash and apply moisturiser later on. Avoid sun light exposure strictly. Eat healthy diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. Laser treatment is done for skin repair but it can not manage acne itself. Treatment of acne basically is done by medicines. Then comes treatment of acne complications like pigmentation and scar formation. Every thing is treatable. Follow up with your dermatologist.
