salam.. its been 4 months to my c section and suddenly started having severe or more than severe hair fall.. been taking priorin and regrow 5% spray but no effect.. had same situation 7 yrs back too and doctor then prescribed me aldactone for 1 yr and then it was resolved.. can i start taking it again?.. plz help as i am going into depression seeing my hairs falling this much..
