Talk to Dermatologist on Testicular Skin Infection

Hi doctors! Posting this as anonymous. I have observed that there is a little light white spot on my testicle area skins. Kind of different than the other skin on testicle area. Should I be worried about this? What could be the problem? And what kind of doctor should I consult? Maybe a skin doctor?
