my skin is oily particularly the tzone area but with time my nose is becoming thick on the tip and the nostrils. will dermabrasion work for me or using Aha or bha regularly can exfoliate the extra thickness?

First of all it is be diagnosed what is causing the enlargement of nasal tip and the nostrils. There are a number of diagnoses that could do that. Unless a qualified Dermatologist examines that and diagnose what's wrong, no treatment is going to work.

There are many causes of thick nose skin.. I think u need to visit a dermatologist first for proper diagnosis then move on to specific treatment.
