Talk to Dermatologist on Thining Of Hair Form Middle Of Head

Assalamu Alaikum Sir,

I am having hair thinning issue in the middle of my head. My scalp has been very oily for almost 5 years and my face is also oily.

My hairs have become very weak and thin. I shaved my head 14 days ago (on 13th Sep). Now the hairs in the middle are black but look very thin and my scalp/skin is visible a lot. The back side is thick and normal.

Please tell me what is the grade of this? Is this baldness? And what is the solution for this oily scalp and thinning?
