Talk to Dermatologist on Tinea Cruris

Dr, i m suffering from tinea cruris from around 6 months i consulted to a dr, he prescribed me some meds and locally made marham. Due to my negligence i just took them 1 week and after seeing a result i left them. But now i m standing same where i was at that time or u can say more worsened, alot of itching and dark red marks with ton of pain growin inside my thigs near private area. I just wanna know do you deal such patients? I m male if yes then i will book appointment for tomorrow because i can't deal this anymore it is very painful for me to deal it now.
