Toe's Nail Grows From Sides

I have problem with my right toe\'s nail. Actually it grows from sides,causing to cut my skin from inside and cause too much pain   and bleeding. Kindly tell me why this happens to me... is their any blood problem or something else and also suggest me suitable medication.

Without seeing n examination nothing can be said or done. U shld visit a dermatologist as this may give u infection of the nail bed which can be really troublesome.
