Toenail Discoloration And Weakness

I play basketball and hockey . In last few days my shoes were very tight . Now my toe nail have turned blue and it has become very weak . I feel like it will go off. I feel pain when i put pressure or bend my toe . When i touch the top side of nail it feels nail has become loosen from other side inside skin . It hurts on even touching he nail .
