Talk to Dermatologist on Too Many Dark Spots (Hyper Pigmentation)

I used to have a Lot of Acne in my Teens which got Treated and now there is No Acne left.... But as you can see in the pictures there are a Lot of Dark Spots (Hyper pigments) on my Skin although I use a Lot of Sunscreen before going out But they aren't going anywhere.. A lot of people has told me there's no way it can be Reversed but I want advice from a Professional Dermatologist that Is there any Cure for it Or I have to Live with these Marks all my life ? Kindly Guide plzz
