Talk to Dermatologist on Too Much Dandruff
Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Hyderabad
I am having too much dandruff in my hairs ,Mene Karachi se bohat treatment krwae but my dandruff goes just for time being only, now in winters I am having this issue again , kindly what should I do , below I am attaching picture of my dandruff ( it’s flaky) please suggest me proper medication , even I am using selsun shampoo chemical free but still no improvement

Dermasmooth lotion apply thrice weekly over scalp at night
Dandronil shampoo
use megatar shampoo thrice weekly
and apply provate s lotion (one part) add in 2 parts of mustard oil _apply at night .
Dandruff can be due to many reasons need to be diagnos the reason so take appointment through marham for proper treatment
