Talk to Dermatologist on Too Skinny And Scars On Face

My friend is too skinny and also she has acne and scars on face. She is going to be married in coming year but she is struggling to gain weight. She has 5 7" height and 45kG weight
I can treat her acne but cannot treat her weight issues. However since the patient is not in Karachi, I do not know how she could be treated by me. I do not give conditions online because it is nearly impossible to diagnose just by looking at the pictures. Besides that detailed history of the patient of also needed.
