Talk to Dermatologist on Uneven Thick Wiry Hair

I have noticed that my hair has developed uneven, thick, and wiry strands. I have never used any hair treatments, coloring, or dye, so I am unsure of the cause.

I wear hijab with inner cap.

Age: 29 Marital status: Unmarried

Could you please guide me on what might be causing this change?

A few months ago, I had my Vitamin D levels tested, and the result came out to be 8.5. Since then, I have been taking Vitamin D supplements, including a 200,000 IU dose as prescribed.

I have heard that this situation is rare and irreversible . Can someone help me to get this issue resolved? they are not just one two hair strands they have now covered almost the whole head
