Talk to Dermatologist on Uneven Tone, Acne Prone Oily Skin. Acne Marks

I suffer from combination to oily skin and get breakout episodes once in a while or 2 3 pimples when I'm not taking enough care. I get tan quite easily despite using sun screen. please recommend some good salicylic acid cleanser, vitamin c serum or cream and sun block. I'm already using the ordinary alpha arbutin and niacinamide at night time it has faded my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation alot. Also, any good moisturizer for this skin type that doesn't cause pimples and doesn't cause oily skin by mid day.
