Talk to Dermatologist on Urticaria

I have diagnosed with Urticaria. Basically one doctor recommended to take zyrtec + famot for one month. I did the course, but as soon as I completed the course, it was back. Second doctor gave a course of fexet + famot. I feel allergies every now and then in my throat and then one day woke up with a swollen eye while taking this course. Today it’s been one month to doing this course. I contacted her and she said I need to go to a dermatologist. I know for a fact that if these medications don’t work, I’ll have to take steriods, but every doctor just recommends me to another and keeps me in circles. I want a doctor’s help to fix it please. I can’t keep eating medication for my entire life.
