You must have yourself checked by a competent lady Dermatologist. If Dermatologist not available some lady doctor must examine you for the viral infection that you are suspecting. If you have that while pregnant, yes you may transmit to the baby at the time of birth if you have that rash at that time.

C- section is fine. will not transmit to baby. But still need treatment because you will transmit that to your husband if already not infected with it. If you have no plans to treat yourself, the infection will play havoc with your body few years later.

Secondly you must have yourself examined NOW because the rash you are suspecting may not be the viral infection instead something else which is not so drastic.
