I have been facing this issue for almost a year. After waxing or using beroza under my legs, right after new hair growth, I experience painful acne on my mons pubis and on the remaining hairy area, and same on my hips, one after another. The acne is extremely painful, causing redness all around it, and is very large. It is so painful that I can't even sit and it leaves acne spots all over my hips. Additionally, I am experiencing dryness all over the area, as shown in the picture. I am going to marry soon so i need a permanent treatment, Could you please recommend a good vaginal wash, if needed, or any medicine or treatment creams?

it's folliculitis . you need to have a proper routine before and after waxing shaving and if that doesn't work then you have to get laser but when you have time
Folliculitis/ furunculosis due to ingrown/broken hair. The treatment should be first treating the infection with oral/topical meds and then the best possible way to get rid of them is laser hair reduction sessions. The other picture looks like inflamed area not just dryness. Could be intertrigo/ fungal infection. Kindly consult to discuss further
