hi, I have got very small itchy bumps all over my hands.first they appeared on fingertips and then on the spaces between fingers. now I have these all over my hands even on the back of my hands and palms as well. bumps are itchy but not particularly red. is it allergy or some infection? kindly suggest me something for it.
