I have vitiligo patch from last 9 years. Patch has not grown/expanded. Its size is same from last 3,4 years. I have tried phototherapy session but its very slow process and not responsive in my case. Currently i am applying advantan cream on it, recommendation by dermatologist. The same dermatologist is doing melanocyte surgery for cure of vitiligo. I need 2nd opinion that is melanocyte procedure best option in my case ?
Punch grafts can be taken from normal skin and placed in a patch of Vitiligo. It's effective. You can go for this treatment.
