Doctor my son is 1 yr old I m noticing he started walking by support but he walk only on his tip toes like don’t put whole feet down is it something to worry about?He is active his weight is 9 kg approx also He used walker ?What should I do so that he can start putting his feet sometimes he put but mostly walk on toes
