Talk to Dermatologist on Wart On Edge Of My Mustache

I had a pimple or wound like thing on edge of my mustache and i used to scratch it more often but after weeks of this it appears as wart, Now i am really worried, is there any cream or anything that make this go away and without any mark? Approximately how long it normally takes to go away? I have listened that Duofilm is effective in this? Picture is attached , Thanks
