I don't think u will get any medication over the counter in Canada. better to visit ur GP there. although I think it seems to be viral infection and u will be needing oral Antivirals for good abt 6 days. only ointment won't be helpful.

I think you are right. I will discuss with my GP. I have antiviral tablets Aciclovir 400mg. What’s the daily usage of antiviral tablets. My GP appointment is a week away. I want to start from now

it is impossible to say with certainty but the history that you have given and pictures suggest that u may have Herpes Simplex type II infection. please consult your GP for treatment in Canada.
