Talk to Dermatologist on Water Pimples On Feet Which Now Become Wounds

Aslam o alaikum I have water pimples on my feet since 6 months but they don't bother me and vanish in some time. But there are 2 pimples which cause me pain so I consult a dermatologist and he suggested some medicine and cream to apply on for 2 weeks but it's since 1 week I am applying those but those pimples become wounds now. I have also tried applying polyfax. Hurt so much I can't properly walk. Please see pics in and sugget me if I continue or what to do.

please book a consultation. keep the wound clean with pyodine and dry. change shoes ,wear loos fitting shoes which dont rub on the wound. get your blood sugar checked.

Stop applying melas h cream now infected tab augmentin 625 mg if nt allergic fr you..3 times a day fr 5 days and apply fudic cream over pain ful then take tab panadol one thrice a day... after 5 days let me show foot condition
Looks like subacute eczema patches. The Dermatologist you consulted is a quack in my opinion.
