Hello, I have a white spot like acne, on my private part (vulva) just 1 bump kind of hard acne kind of spot. There's no pain or feeling in it. Is it something to be worried about? How will it go away?

It ended itself like an acne, a white solid thing came out of it and it disappeared. There was not white spot then, now a white spot appeared again on the same place, like that acne is just starting again.
