My sister skin is combination n acne prone. Whenever she washed face her skin becomes so tight n sometimes red. If don't wash face thn some acne appears. What would be the treatment. Plz suggest a mild cleanser or moisturizer as well. Does acnes c10 serum can be applied to cure tighten skin. Currently using lux soap for washing face. Usually use 3-4 times a day. Olay beauty fluid is used as a moisturizer.
