I have white patch on my eyebrow from 1 year now it's starts increasing in size I think it is vitiligo tells me how it can stop growing.

You didn't attach any pictures do I don't know what it is. If it's vitiligo as you say, there is no way you can prevent it from getting bigger and getting new ones. Except two things that just might help. Stress reduction and avoid eating beef, eggs and fish/shrimp
