Talk to Dermatologist on White Patch On Eyelid And Legs

My daughter is 8 years old, in January 2022 we noticed that she had a white patch on her left eye lid. We consulted Dr Atif Kazmi who suggested cultivate cream along with moisturizing cream for her. After applying 2 months on her eyes that white patch was vanished and her normal skin color was appeared. About 1 month back we noticed white patch on her legs and now again on her eye lid a small patch is appearing. What's this? If it was vanished once why it has been appeared again
