I woke up to find multiple white spots /marks on my back. Initially had only one. What could be the reason and how to fix
May be idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis, may start of vitiligo. Post pics to have a look for better suggestions

I will need a clear picture of the spots as well as surrounding area in good bright light. Also mention how it started, how long have you had the first spot? And associated symptoms, does it itch?
