U can give zyrtec. Although avil is safer. In localized eczema, creams r more effective n safe n can be used long term, but only after ur drs consult.
if the folds are red and itchy, it's most likely a fungal/yeast infection. and antifungal is enough to control it. Zyrtec is safe , but to be used with caution in under 2 years old. avoid perfumed products, keep the folds clean and dry.
