Don't worry i will try my best to to manage.
First of all which insulin he is using?
Which oral anti diabetic drugs are he taking along?
What other issues/ diseases he has?
Does he take care of his diet/ meal in 24 hours?
Any other complaint apart from uncontrolled blood sugar levels?
Without knowing the information above it will not be justified to increase the dose of the insulin for day and night time before meals
