I am facing shakyness or trembling in all over the body but specially in lower limb(legs, sole & palm) for 3 to 4 days .I also have blured vision. I feel so hungry instead of taking enough doctor suggest me multivitimin tablets but I have no actuall difference .I also feel dizziness and crazy. I think, I have low blood suger I am not confirm .Can anyone help me out in this situation .

No, sir I don't have any kind of chronic disease.But sir in past 4- 5 years, I face mild muscle spasm in my face, hands and legs. I don't have any kind of diabetic family history. Sir, now a days, I feel ringing/vibration under my soles and palm. My blood suger level was 73 in fasting hours of 10 .My blood pressure is also normal.I am under wieght of 55kgs and height of 165 cm at the age of 21yrs.I am so worried that about these crises. Sir, kindly suggests me some diagnostic tests.
