history diagonses diebaties 2 years back 2 miscarriages 1 lepotemy
1st hba1c was 9.9 but now it's 7.1, not getting reduced from 7.1 although she is maintaining her sugar level very actively .. morning ranges in btw 120/130
meanwhile she has reduced her wait by 5 kg. also she is avoiding getting things which are rich sucrose.. maintaing her sugar level without insulin. stop external insulin since from 6 months
everything tried but not getting the benchmark of 4 hba1c as gyn suggested ..

Sir below age of 50 yrs, oral tablets does not affect. Kindly continue Insulin for life.

neodipar dose? current weight? FBS 120/130 is high should be below 100. if her sugar level are not controlled then she might need add on medication or restart insulin. better consult diabetologist for proper assessment.
