I m chronic diabetic patient I have sugar level fasting round about 300 and now random at night is about 430 and it is almost same for 1 week and i m taking evopride half tab but this is not working what should i doo kindly guide

Evopride tab mg ? Increase it to full tablet before and half tablet before dinner. If then remains uncontrolled then Insulin will be required. Even in these sugars level insulin is best option. Get Fasting sugar, fasting lipids profile, creatinine UDR and HbA1 cfrom laboratory.

1.Tab. Evopride 2 mg
1 tab 30 min before breakfast.
2. Tab. Glucophage XR 750
1 Tab before dinner.
3. Tab. Surbex Z 1 daily.

first of all u haven't mentioned the dose of the evopride...
moreover u haven't told that for how long u have been suffering from diabetes
apart from this what about your latest lab test?
any other history of illness like high blood pressure etc?
u must see a doctor for this as the blood sugar levels are quite high
