Talk to Diabetologist on Weakness In Body

Assalamu alaikum, my mother is diabetic and bp cough since 2 weeks. She is feeling weakness in her body so i want to ask can she take optilets m multivitamin? She takes duvel plus 500 mg, zeenaryl 1 mg and amlo q.. Will there any side effects by using optilets m tablets multivamins? She were having cough few months before too and all tests were cleared and x-ray was okay too. There were Bronchitis issue. Kindly let me know the answer as soon as possible. Thank you
