you are overweight, with raised cholesterol and triglycerides. u definitely need treatment. we have to look for other associated conditions which can contribute to raised cholesterol and triglycerides. U need lifestyle intervention and appropriate treatment for your medical problems.

im not diaebetic. recently did tests for diabetes. all is normal.
