Talk to Endocrinologist on Diabetes, Pain And Weakness

My mother is diabetic patient. Her sugar level is not properly controlled. Currently she is suffering from back pain that generates after doing any household work. Secondly, sometimes she feel nerves pulling in her feet and she has also felt something like that in the fingers of her foot and hand. Thirdly, she also complained about a minor stiffness/thickness in one side of her tongue and lips.

Kindly provide guidance regarding the above mentioned issues.
