I am a diabetic patient aged 51 and take medicine Treviamet 2 times and xenglu which react me and the reactions are severe body pain and stomach disorder as I leave to take these medicines from three days but reaction is not in control . Fasting sugar is 148

Seems you are not taking Xenglu now. Good. 1.Never take this kind of medicine in future. 2. Take polypep tablet 40 mg, after food, once daily. 3. Tablet panadal 500 mg three times daily. 4.check cbc and urine RE, and inform about results.

Recently take this test of cbc one month ago as I got reactions that time also of diarrhea, pain, fever, vomiting
then my doctor change my medicine but reaction still continues and now there is severe pain

HBA1C is 7.3% .. and SERUM CREATNINE is 0.6mg/dl and SUGAR blood test of three days are 161 day before yesterday, 168 yesterday, and 148 today and Dose of tablets are :
1. GETRYL 4mg one time a day in morning.
2. TREVIAMET XR 50/500 two times in a day
3. XENGLU 25mg one time before meal.
4. ASCARD 75mg one time at evening.
5. NERVON 500mg one time at night.
6. NEWDAY 5/80 one time after breakfast.
Reactions are severe pain in body(specially in joints), nausea, acidity and gas in stomach, also have blood pressure little high (but not very high).
Diet is properly control as I am not eating any sugar and glucose.
Hi. Thanks for question. Any of the medications can cause the symptoms u mentioned.I would advise you to see the doctor or at least have conversation with ur doctor regarding this matter rather than just getting confused. If u want me to advise please make appointment through marham. Thanks
