I am new dabetic patient sine october 2025 my HBA1C was 7.5 now i am using bucophage 500mg daily one and my Fasting is now days are 86,115,105,113,112,101and Rendom 150,140,127,145,145 but i have 6 kg waight in 25 days which is very fast please tell me reason and is gulcophage lossing the waight i am also using tablet Rolip EZE 10 mg one daily
