AOA Dr. I am 40 years old and diabetic since 2012. I had been taking Cita Glu 50/500 1+0+1. For the last few months my sugar level is not somewhere near limits. Range Fasting 175-225 Range Random 270-315 H1bc. 10.5 Please advise what to do

Walaikum Assalam. You definitely need help. You need a proper consultation to discuss in detail about dietary habits and daily blood sugar readings at specific times. Then it would be possible to give you full plan including change or addition of medications to control your blood sugars. Also get your kidney and liver function tests done.
