What herrbs, foods, supplements, vitamins, minerals etc should be taken to prevent the diabetes in patients who are already Pre-diabetic & have metabolic syndrome? Age; 32, male, suffering from High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Pre-Diabetic taking drugs for above diseases and are well controlled. Already taking Glucophage 1g 1+1. thanks
