Talk to Endocrinologist on Endocrinology.... Over Weight After Full Thyroidectomy

Assalamu alaikum. I am 42 years old with 2 children. I had half thyroidectomy around 6 or 7 years ago. Then I had multi nodular full thyroidectomy goiter surgery done by a thoracic surgeon around 2 months height is around 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 4 inches. My weight is 73 kg. Feel tiredness, buhat charh jata Hai feel breathless after climbing stairs or doing any physical task. Kindly advise me how can I lose around 13 to 14 kg and achieve 59 or 60 kg weight. My periods are irregular and I get too many urinary tract infections as well.
