Talk to Endocrinologist on Endometrial Polyp

Asalam o Alaikum Admins please post my this query as an ANONYMOUS post please it's a request. My age is 30 years. I'm attaching my series of ultrasound reports and other reports. Since last year, suffering from lower abdomen pain that was severe enough that I couldn't sleep for whole night due to pain. All the blood tests found clear except CBC which shows increased no of lymphocytes. Doctor diagnosed hormonal imbalance, cervical erosion and endometrium polyp. After multiple treatment of different antibiotics and other medicines over this long period of time, pelvic inflammation has ended Alhamdulillah and lower abdomen pain has reduced to 30%. Now as polyp is still there (as in most recent US report), doctor has asked for operation for its removal. my husband doesn't want to get operated as I already have joints pain issue after my c sec 3.4 years back also bcz of too much medicines my body has become weak also 4-5 kg weight has been reduced. Can pregnancy occur with this polyp? As
