Salam.. i am suffering from gestational diabetes.. yesterday my sugar level was 354 thats why doctor recommended me 12 + 12+ 12 points of insulin hr. kindly please guide me exercises and which food and fruit should i avoid and which should i eat.. this is my 8th month of pregnancy. plz help me
